However the common scenario there is all time hassling for them with environment and impacts the service delivery officers in giving quality services. Mac-QMS is an effective & systematic system the entirely manages the ‘Queue Management Operation’ in any customer interaction point ensuring improved waiting experience for the customers.

The Process How It Happens:

The process starts with a customer who directly pops in the customer care center, where he/she will choose the type from a ‘Kiosk or Touch Screen Monitor’ and the system will automatically generate a printed-token with the approximate waiting time indicating the service counter number (if required by the organization). The service people constantly gets list of awaiting customers with ‘Service type’ description at their workstation. As soon as a customer is being served, concurrently the system will display & announce with voice prompt the Token number of the next customer supposed to be served. The Center Supervisor will be able to monitor the entire queue status from his/her desktop online. Management will get the data & summary information about the number of customers, Service Matrix, Time.
